Joe and Stephanie Nussbaum began Cattleman’s Ag Supply in the fall of 2025 with the mission to provide producers of SE Montana and the Western Dakotas with quality agricultural product along with the respect, service, and knowledge they deserve.  Joe grew up on a small farm in Garretson, SD, and worked at a feed mill, a seedstock breeder, and an eastern SD dairy and beef cow operation.  Steph grew up as the 4th generation on her family’s commercial cow-calf and farming operation in Plevna, MT.  She received an Ag Business degree at SDSU in Brookings, SD, and then went on to work on a NE feedlot and as a CHS Nutrition Consultant in South Central ND. In 2016, Joe and Steph returned to Plevna, where they started their own commercial cow-calf and bred heifer operation, as well as working for the local grain elevator and feed store before starting Cattleman’s Ag Supply.  Their diverse agricultural backgrounds and extensive contacts in the feed and multiple facets of the agricultural industry give them an added edge when helping producers.
